We acquired Epson Products Ltd, before merging in 1972 and expanding into bigger manufacturing premises.
Bought by Thomas Dudley
We were purchased by the Thomas Dudley Group Ltd., allowing us to develop expanded product ranges and move to new premises with improved machinery.
Acquired BBS Autosyphons
Our manufacturing base was further enhanced by our acquisition of BBS Autosyphons, manufacturer of high-quality automatic syphon systems.
Acquired Holdtite Products
We continued our acquisition strategy with another quality brand, this time focusing on tap washers and seals manufacturer, Holdtite.
Beta Ballvalves Acquired
Beta Ballvalves were acquired by the Thomas Dudley Group Ltd., with a view to possible future integration of the brand within our business.
Moved Premises
We relocated our operation to a new 38,000 square foot, purpose-built facility in Tipton, giving us the room to continue to expand while maintaining our commitment to quality.
Masefield-Beta Created
With all that space at our disposal, we merged with Beta Ballvalves to create Masefield-Beta Ltd, maintaining our strong manufacturing base and continuing to offer the best in products and service to the Plumbing, Retail. Distribution and Sanitaryware trades.
